The medium is a kitchen rag painted on hair tint in a matte finish, and this piece was dripped with hair dye and blended with a paintbrush. The medium lies in the hair dye being an artificial medium to add beauty or aesthetic to a person while flowers painted represent naturally occurring beauty in the world. The technique of this piece was inspired by Pollock, and using the non traditional art mediums was inspired by Duchamp.
