This photo I took on my most recent flight reminded me of Aaron Siskind’s black-and-white photography. The image focuses on the earth’s natural textures, providing shadows and dimension to snow-covered mountains seen from above. These peaks and valleys remind me somewhat of nature’s veins in how they are spread apart yet still connected.
