I used a photograph I took of myself combined with FireAlpaca to edit and trace over my facial features, completely erasing my face underneath. I wanted to play with ideas of control over my body through art. Being able to fully delete my face and trace over my face, even if I didn’t change anything about my features, felt like the ultimate form of control.
