These pictures were taken during a time where my personal life and mental health were not at its best. Amidst all the panic and noise, I adopted two siblings from the humane society. They really got me through a challenging and vulnerable summer, and it was all-the-more exciting for me because I never was allowed to have pets growing up. They bring me peace and happiness, and I hope I do the same for them.

I love dogs more. And even though I love them more, I don’t want to call yourself a ‘mom’ to them. That’s a bit too much. I reserved that name for my kids. But for my pets, I buy things only of the highest quality anyway. Recently I have bought a silicone dog bowl and this is what I think the true care is. But this is, of course, my personal opinion.
