For this assignment, I mixed two sounds; one, the background noise of Zoe’s bagels, and two, “Pool House” by The Backseat Lovers. With this remix, I hoped to recreate the effect of studying or doing homework in Zoe’s with headphones in. Throughout my two years of being a Western student, Zoe’s has been a very primary spot I would go to study, so I felt it tied together with the theme of this assignment.
