I made this piece off of a super specific fear of mine. Say, I am in an anti-abortion state, got raped, and tried to report it but no one, even the police, will believe me. And if people blamed me for the attack, don’t believe my identity as an Asexual, and said that I did something to “provoke the attack”. Yet no one would believe me. I put a decent amount of symbolism in this piece, you have to look deeper into it to really understand.
