This work was motivated by the Palestine-Israel conflict. The sheer number of years these people suffered is represented through the image of time slipping away. Before long this conflict will have done irreparable damage and the urgency to find a peaceful resolution is apparent. The symbolism of this message on a flower pot is meant to represent the hope that growth will blossom with time.
