The Snake River, once abundant with salmon and wildlife, has been decimated by dams. Since construction finished on the four lower Snake River Dams in the 1970’s, wild salmon populations in the Snake River have declined by more than 90%. The answer to this problem is clear, we must remove the three remaining dams on the lower Snake River in order to preserve the ecological integrity of this beautiful region, and it’s imperative that we act NOW.
