Big corporations, like Amazon, often treat their employees poorly because their seemingly only priority is profit. Many employees are overworked in understaffed and unsafe conditions because of their employers which is not okay.
Makeup expectations stem from society’s standard of what beauty is, of which a majority is eurocentric focused. Makeup is often catered towards white skin and advertised as the ideal product.
