I meant for these drawings to ponder several questions, especially as we grow older and go into the fields, and that is what is our identity? What is an individual identity, especially in this case in regards to the kid who is solely dependent on his parents. There is so much, that makes us unique, but how do we know when our identity is no longer our own? How do we know a shift has occurred? Is that cause for worry? Joy? I used the reference of parenthood and partner relationships as one of the things in life that alters our own self identity and ultimately changes it. That being said I am sure there are a multitude of ways to interpret this.
