Spotted Lantern Flies are an invasive species to the United States that will kill many of our plants. They have already started to invade some of our eastern states. This is why I showed the dead trees on those areas of the map and the various life cycle stages that the spotted lantern fly may be seen in. It is beneficial for each citizen to be informed of this bug so that they know to what to do when they see one: kill it and report it.
