The upside down photo of myself and the cloud represents how I am always in my own head; worrying about what people think of me, anxiety, doubt, and depression. I am also mostly in black and white because to show the sadness and lack of life. But, there are vibrant colors sprouting on me to show that I am not controlled by my sadness, but learning to get my life back. The bright background and hands are representing the outside world; it’s vibrant and full of life and my community is helping me heal.
