In this image I wanted to express the physical and emotional growth I’ve experienced since the last time I lived in Washington State. Though I’ve never rooted my identity in location much, I’ve found recently that returning to the place I grew up in has helped me connect with my family and childhood friends. I used photography as well as some basic-level photoshop to create a mirror selfie with my younger self in a college town she’d be very excited to be living in.
