For this project I chose to use digital image editing because I have absolutely no experience drawing any kind of portrait. I chose to lower the image quality as well as cut out and mirror my eyes and mouth to give my own face a somewhat unfamiliar and strange look. The intention is to show how over time (especially since starting college) my personality and identity have changed a lot and although I am the same person I may not be fully recognizable to people who knew me even 3 years ago.
