I chose an Apple charging cable to wrap around my mouth as it represents the blind compliance we had to technology during the pandemic, it represents the little say in the matter we had. The lighter symbolizes the attempt at relief from the oppressive style of living we shared during those times. Still, due to the wire, the attempt at relief is in vain as there is no way to administer it properly, reflecting the nature of living during the pandemic.
