The idea for this image stemmed from my mental state during the pandemic. I, like many others, had a hard time being socially secluded and went through a bout of depression. This is shown in the image on the left-hand side and bottom of the image where its dark and obscured. When the pandemic wound down and I could be with my friends and family again, it was like a beam of sunshine came down and washed all my bad days away. this is represented through the bright light shining on my face in the right-hand top corner.
