This art piece was inspired by a seagull that sat with me while I was eating lunch earlier this week. I collaborated with a friend of mine to compose the background music. continuing with the idea of seagulls I went down to the pier to record the sounds of lapping waves and seagull calls (surprisingly difficult). I also recorded my own laughter to reflect the figure in the piece and a scrap of fabric that I flapped to recreate the sound of bird wings.
