This studio project is a representation of the depersonalization one experiences while in the throes of a depressive state. The cover includes an anonymous figure in an intense environment, presumably one the once loved, but with their face blurred due to the loss of identity even in the midst of this engaging scene. The audio includes a recorded repetitive tom sound to represent the mundane regularity of a depressive state, overplayed with the intro of the aptly named ‘Depression’ by Black Flag to illustrate the chaotic disillusionment that comes with depression.
