
This digital collage represents my own personal struggle with what society considers a “livable wage” in 2024. As college students we all struggle to make rent, pay tuition, and still have enough cash left to pay for water, electricity, and food. I chose to collect personal and financial receipts over the course of my week and use them to represent the struggle many people have to make ends meet. I wanted to represent living paycheck to paycheck through art using my own financial struggle as proof.
