For my project I chose to compare foods that are marketed as healthy compared to foods that actually are. Many people want to improve their health but do not know what to look for and end up being tricked by big companies who do not care about their health and are eating foods full of preservatives and added sugars. These products trick people who are just trying to make healthier choices and that is something I wanted to bring attention to. On the left we see the products that are marketed as healthy but are not, and on the right the products that contain good ingredients.
