With the recent ruling about IVF in Alabama, it brings into question what is counted as a life and what constitutes a wrongful death of a minor. Facilities are stopping the IVF treatment in fear of being charged with murdering a “minor.” By turning a place that normally celebrates and supports the process of new life into a crime scene, it takes away opportunities for families to get pregnant and produce life in the first place.
