I used the online program, Soundtrap, to create a soundscape that mimics the anxiety I have felt during orchestra performances throughout my life. It features stressful breaths and heartbeats, the classic concert coughs and baby’s cries, and music I recorded at an orchestra festival I went to. The cover art is messy, much like my mind before I get on stage.
