This piece, Wall of Nylon, is a physical/digital 2D artwork created with graphite sketching and photo compositing software. It is meant to challenge the viewer into considering the roles of themselves and protesters across America working towards de-escalating the Israel-Palestine conflict. This work seeks more to provoke reflection rather than provide a statement. The camping tents stacked to create a barrier gradually become less clear the higher they are stacked, and the familiar brick fades to foreign rubble, calling into question where our responsibilities lie from the perspective of an onlooker.
