The destruction and censorship of queer literature in schools is a harmful practice that encourages violence and unacceptance toward the LGBTQIA+ community. This especially impacts queer children. I asked my friends what they wish they had known while discovering and accepting their queer identity, or a realization they made along the way. I made them into children’s book pages and drew flowers historically used as queer symbols. I wanted to follow a path of reclaiming the destroyed books/identity.

I agree with you. You raised very important topic. We should give awareness about this. Queer literature should not be destroyed. It also has a great impact on children’s literature. Well, I also want to share a great stuff for little kids. Here are amazing learning activities and worksheets https://wunderkiddy.com/printable-game/fall-tree for kids that really help to teach them and create interest in them.
