Los anabolizantes son esteroides emanados de la testosterona (testículos y glándulas suprarrenales) a los
que se los disminuye químicamente en los efectos
andrógenos y se los reactiva en sus funciones
anabólicas. Por lo basic cuando se escoge el método intravenoso, necesita
realizar una planificación que le permita saber cuando estará listo su cuerpo para la próxima dosis.
Para poder conocer cada uno de los esteroides anabólicos,
es estrictamente necesario saber que estos se dividen en 3 grupos.
Los esteroides más seguros para las mujeres son los que tienen la
menor actividad androgénica. Las sustancias más populares
entre las mujeres son la nandrolona, la oxandrolona (anavar),
la metenolona y el turinabol.

Este uso es, dentro de los riesgos que conlleva el consumo
de anabolizantes, el más prudente y sensato. Es muy común el combinar un esteroide oral con uno o
varios inyectables, y el utilizar varias drogas en lugar de una sola se debe a que su eficacia es mayor si
se toman en conjunto, ya que cada una de ella estimula distintos receptores.
El modo en que se consumen los anabolizantes en el culturismo
es mediante lo que se conoce como ciclos de esteroides. Entonces, ¿Qué ocurre si quieres comprar anabolizantes
y no tienes forma de conseguir una receta? Sin embargo, los anabolizantes
orales, pese a parecer inocuos, ejercen un mayor estrés sobre este órgano, y por tanto, son más peligrosos desde
el punto de vista de poder dar lugar a complicaciones hepáticas.
Sin embargo a largo plazo pueden incrementar estas inseguridades y facilitar su uso de forma frecuente.
Conviene reflexionar sobre este aspecto, ponerse límites o buscar ayuda especializada
en caso de problemas de este tipo. La mayoría de los esteroides precisan de inyección intramuscular,
en ocasiones varias veces a la semana, por lo que es imprescindible conocer y aplicar la técnica adecuada de inyección, utilizando
siempre materials estéril y desechable y una jeringa del calibre adecuado.
Una valoración médica previa y posterior a un ciclo anabolizante debería ser un principio basic.
Siempre debería valorarse el riesgo cardiovascular
(descartar HTA, electrocardiograma…) y un análisis que incluya glucemia, función renal,
colesterol complete con fracciones HDL y LDL, transaminasas, bilirrubina, hematocrito,
hormonas tiroideas y PSA. La adquisición de EAAs y sustancias afines a
través de Internet es también sencilla, aunque implica riesgos relacionados con su
calidad.
