In my piece, I represent my identity through cutouts and scraps of paper taped together from letters and pictures. The focus is on two pictures of myself along with my name written by loved ones, decorated with more scraps. I intended for soft, light, dreamy colors as well as a playful, imaginary, child-like theme that reflects personality, nostalgia, and feeling stuck in the past.
