Over the course of my time going through college I’ve learned the extents that people of “grindset” culture really face, especially Gen-Z. For the last several years, I’ve been a full-time student, part time worker, part time socializer, part time family member, and I’ve seen that I’ve given more than 100% of myself for too long. There’s a lot on my plate, and this is what the burden feels like.
