In this post I combined drag makeup and photography to create a piece reflecting on gender and the fluidity of discovering your own identity. I took a photo of myself looking into a mirror with and then edited the photo on Picsart. The mirror is symbolic into looking into ones self and what makes up your perception of “self”. The color and lines represents how identity shifts and changes over time. Gender and Identity is never stagnant and it can be challenging to figure out where you fit within your own, and societies perceptions.
