My girlfriend and I take turns cooking most of the time. This night we made fried eggs with steamed veggies and rice. It’s always a necessity that she watches modern family while cooking.
Mens mental health is an issue created by stereotypes such as that men cannot express their own feelings or will be perceived as “weak”. Men are less likely to seek help and commit suicide almost 4 times the amount that women do. It is our job as Men and as a collective to end this stigma.
