Hypochondriac

When you’re dealing with anxiety, your identity becomes warped through an altered sense of perception. When you’re dealing with health-based anxiety, you zoom in and only focus on parts of yourself. I’m a freckle that could be cancerous. A heartbeat that feels a little off. Is that normal? Have I always looked that way? Am I going to die?

No Hate Like Self-Hate

How do you love yourself when you are the source of your pain? Fuck depression. Fuck hating on myself.
