This a poem I wrote about missing someone even when you’re with them, and thinking you’re miserable because you’re with them when maybe you’re just a miserable person. It’s a sung poem, my friend made a simple guitar loop for me. I discuss withering away, a play on words, without my partner, and the memories of being with them. Image is of me, now being alone, mid-cry on a bench.
