I Painted This

A.I. art programs function by sampling works from other artists, often without their permission, and compiling them together into new yet unoriginal works. This system is a disaster when it comes to giving credit to the right people, as many users of these A.I. programs pass the fabricated works off as their own.

The First and Final Hour

This is a collection of recorded sounds from 7-8am, the first hour of my day. Since the transition into an industrialized world, the sounds of nature have been largely muffled by machinery and electronic drones.

Oops I Dropped My Face

Our identity is a culmination of many elements that intersect together to represent who we are. In my case, I can categorize myself in a variety of unique ways, many of which shattered into their own respective window here to see how they may be represented in isolation.

Scattered Earth

This piece is inspired directly from Jackson Pollock’s drip paintings. Depicted is a plane of scattered pieces strewn about, much akin to the seemingly random paint splatters Pollock uses within his own work. This piece uses the earth, all taken up and spread around to create something new.
