My name is Bohdi Uderitz and I am a student at Western Washington University studying computer science. I am a ski instructor at Mount Baker and play soccer in my free time. I’ve played soccer since I can remember and have continued to play I grew up in a Snohomish which is known for farms and soccer. I enjoy reading science fiction and Ender’s Game is my favorite book. I usually do not do a lot of writing unless it is required so his project has been awesome because I have been able to write and research something I am interested in.

I decided to choose the theme of Dragon Ball Z because it is a show that I enjoy watching a lot. Something I love about Dragon Ball is that it pops in hip hop. Rap was another theme I was thinking about exploring but I landed on Dragon Ball Z because I could still talk about some of the artists I like because they reference DBZ in their songs. Dragon Ball debuted in the US in 1998 which was before I was born so I never watched it as a kid. Last year, due to its mention in pop culture, I decided I wanted to start watching. I have grown to really enjoy the show and the characters. I enjoyed this project because I am able to talk about something I enjoy a lot and also I learn how many different genres reference Dragon Ball.
