This site is a parent blog that branches from The Huffington Post. It is highly informative and has many links to additional resources aside from the one provided. It covers 11 key things parents should know about sleep to help improve their child’s sleep schedule and nighttime routine.  In the process of explaining these 11 key things, nearly everything a parent might need to know about sleeping habits are explained. It is the best informative parent resource I found because it is detailed, clearly explained, researched based, and provides many external reliable links for parents to check out. I am definitely linking this to my classroom website.
