Chile Gold is a brand that started in the heart and mind of one entrepreneur, that has now ensnared the vision of another. Ever since, they’ve been working together to bring incredible flavor and spice to Bellingham- and later the world. We seek to bring a locally sourced hot sauce that delivers flavor as well as spice by highlighting the unique flavors of individual chiles and accommodating people with specific allergies. In doing so, we’ve spent the last quarter constantly developing and refining our initial three recipes, spending many hours both in the kitchen and in working with members of our community. The revisions have not only helped us create the best possible product, but also have helped us to understand our market, our customers, and our business model.
