Super Duper is spread thin in its attempt to be a multifaceted store without planning out the proper customer flow. This solution we have came up with is well suited to cater towards customers different needs but causes shortcomings in areas of service they are currently providing. With a majority of SD revenue stream stemming from petrol and diesel sales the biggest return on improvements will involve that aspect of Super Duper’s services.
