Our team was assigned to help minimize the gap between employers and alum who are a part of the entrepreneurship program at Western. Especially during a time where we are in a pandemic which makes it harder to find jobs because there are more people looking for jobs than there used to be. This topic was interesting to us because we might not be alumni of the program right now but it’s in the near future and will have the problem of trying to get a job after graduation. Our team was excited to take on a problem because it was something that could help our peers but it also related to ourselves. It was interesting to be a part of the target market of our problem which gave us some good insight into how we should go about the problem.
