This quarter we wanted to create a better way for the Bellingham Community to connect with resources for COVID-19. We were inspired by fundraising events created by others around them. They wanted to make a difference in our community and create an easy way for people to find resources that can help the community. We loved the idea of working with the community and helping during this confusing and difficult period of time. We hypothesized that Western Washington students are struggling with the effects of COIVD-19 and don’t have the time, money, or knowledge to connect with resources. This is why we created the COVID-19 resource brochure and social media campaign.
