In this venture project, we decided to develop an app that is an amalgamation of your regular cooking applications and your favorite social media platforms. This app will not only be a source of entertainment and relaxation, but also an intuitive learning platform that utilizes ‘TikTok-like’ short video styles, to save you time and teach you new skills in the kitchen. Our target clients are college students who want to cook but have a short time to do so, don’t know much about cooking, don’t have the right appliances, and/or are not creative enough to make a meal with what they have in their fridge. We want to make cooking accessible for college students and people who already cook but struggle doing so. We promise
to create a media source that is easy and very simple to navigate while being informative and helpful for college students to use. We will also ensure to foster a sense of community between the users of the app and give the users the ability to interact with the community by posting their own recipes and see what others have posted.
