Welcome to Mindful Connections, the place to hold space for one another and develop tools to engage in healthy mindsets. We have created a set of activities and resources to help all WWU students find connection and understand where to find more help when they need it. By DeStressing with dogs, you find love through animal companions; with Heart2Heart Talk the GUR, you will find more people interested in connection through mindful habits; as you walk through Bellingham with Guided Nature Walks, you find new passions and a sense of calm; by receiving Bzzz Alerts, you have direct links to some of WWU’s mental health resources; and through our subscription boxes, you get a new healthy surprise waiting for you when you need it during the quarter.
