We found the need in our society to create a ride-share app that aims to reach as many people possible. At The 99 we strive to do the right thing for the most people. Our goal for this VP1 was to create a rideshare app that will enhance the overall rider and driver experience for all people in need of ride share services. The 99 aims to serve 99% of people – the perfect driver/rider match isn’t always going to exist, but we aim to be as close as possible.     • Accommodation Preferences
    • SOS Preference System (both for rider and driver use)
      • Choose what SOS does
    • Screen Reading Capabilities/Dark Mode/Text Size Controls
    • Random Driver Audits
      • The 99 employees pose as riders to review their driver
    • Driver gets compiled weekly reports on ratings/reviews instead of knowing what each specific rider said about them.
    • The 99 has to ability to immediately “pause” rider or driver if their reviews are concerning and are in need of further review
