This summer we noticed many new students in our class who are new to entrepreneurship and the evidence based entrepreneurial process, as well as getting to know the tools and technology used for this class. We wanted to find ways to help them in their ventures and to better connect with one another. Having a smaller class size and nice summer weather, an opportunity to provide students a chance to connect outside of class with fellow Entrepreneurship and Innovation students arose! Our goal this quarter was to help students gain the resources and skills to navigate their work-life balance while connecting with people and learning how to have a successful venture. Through our evidence gathering process, we found that students struggled to maintain a healthy work-life balance and could use more support in their ventures. This is where we came in with Train to Success! We use engaging events and workshops to help keep you on track with your venture so you can find success for you, and to have fun connecting with other students and community members!
