Coaching VP1: Sean Kilkenny & Schantell Hummel
This quarter both Sean and I had the opportunity to coach two VP1 teams. This experience for us was very eye-opening because we were able to gain more empathy for our teams and get insights into VP1 we had never thought about.
We coached:
Team 3-The Solution: Zosia Sherwood, Gavin Roberts, Cavan Lyons, Sawyer Moss, and Tomio Norris.
Team 4-Planet Predicament: Megan Shomaker, Kayla Brooks, Healani Nendel, & John McCullugh.
Both teams did such amazing work, especially for only have one week to complete this project. We hope we helped both teams with our coaching and feedback abilities.
