Have you heard of the Starlight Shuttle Service? We asked that question to a large group of people during this project and the majority answer was a no. This service is free, but when you pay your WWU tuition a small percentage goes to transportation. WWU students are actually paying for this service and more than half of them don’t even know it exists. That is why we decided to do this rebrand.
