John is actually the guy that got me into photography.  Years ago when I was living in Costa Rica teaching ESL he and a friend showed up one day looking to photograph tropical birds.  I have been exploring the mountains a lot and decided to show them where I had been and seen many of the birds on their to see list.  My desire to photograph birds was born then.  John is a super cool guy and is always able to answer the questions I have.
