Great success and congratulations go to the team on board the RV Thomas Thompson – just heading north from ~4 degrees South on the EPR. These superstars have been characterizing a fast-slipping oceanic transform fault (my favorite) – the Gofar fault that offsets the EPR. 14 AUV Sentry Dives, dozens of OBS recoveries and lots of EM work.
