“The Story of a Man and a Cougar: A Local Bellingham Legend Brought to Life”

A short video depicting a familiar and communal sculpture whose home is on Western Washington University’s campus. “The Man Who Used to Hunt Cougar for Bounty” is a sculpture by Richard S. Beyer, installed in 1972. It is a monument to the wonderful community of Bellingham and a memorable piece for all those who may view it.
