The Faculty Review RFP Committee recommended that WWU purchase Interfolio, a system for conducting faculty reviews. The Provost agreed to the recommendation and signed a contract with the vendor at the end of June 2019. The first reviews to take place on Interfolio will be Probationary Reviews in Winter 2020. Contact Faculty Relations at facultyrelations@wwu.edu, if you have any questions.
Getting Help
If you cannot find the information you are looking for on this website and are unable to reach someone in the Faculty Relations department, you can call Interfolio’s help desk directly. By phone, they are available from 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Their number is (877) 997-8807 ext 2. Just tell them your name and let them know that you are associated with WWU. That’s all the information they need in order to help you.
Logging In
Most people will receive an email from Interfolio notifying them that a packet is ready to be started or reviewed, along with a link to Interfolio. If you didn’t receive an email or misplaced it, you can also click this link. Once you log in for the first time, the system should remember you, and it will automatically validate you in the future.
To log in to the sign in page, use your username@wwu.edu email and your universal password.
Register for an Upcoming Training
Faculty Relations offers multiple Interfolio trainings each quarter. Sessions are scheduled for one hour and are typically completed within 45 minutes.
To register: Click here, opt to “select a timeslot”, choose the date that works for you, and then click “Book.” You will receive an email with the Microsoft Teams link one day prior to the training.
If you would like to schedule a one-on-one or department-wide training, please email facultyrelations@wwu.edu.

FAQ’s
Where are my migrated files? They have been saved to your Interfolio dossier, which is separate from your Interfolio packet. When you’re in your packet, they should all appear when you click “Add” and then “Choose Existing.” From the dialog box, you can filter or search for the correct files and then copy them over to your packet by clicking on the checkbox next to the files and then clicking “Add.”
What internet browser should I use? Although you shouldn’t experience trouble with the other browsers, it’s recommended that you use Google Chrome or Firefox. If you do experience an issue, the first thing we’ll ask for you to do is to use one of the recommended browsers in an attempt to resolve the issue.
Where should I direct questions about the faculty review timeline and about the content that I am required to add to my packet? Your department chair is the best point of contact for department and college specific review submission deadlines. They also know best what you should include under each section of your packet.
Who should I contact if I need training or have a general question about faculty reviews or Interfolio? You can contact Faculty Relations at facultyrelations@wwu.edu for these types of questions.
Who should I contact if something isn’t working properly? If you suspect something is broken with Interfolio, we encourage you to reach out to Interfolio’s help desk. By phone, they are available from 6 AM to 3 PM. Their number is (877) 997-8807 ext 2. Just tell them your name and let them know that you’re associated with WWU. That’s all the information they need in order to help you out. You can also email them at help@interfolio.com.
