Polly Morgan
So I was researching Tim Noble and Sue Webster for a paper and I discovered a friend of theirs who also works with taxidermy animals, Polly Morgan. Her work is whimsical, often symmetrical, and very simple.
Joe Fig
Joe Fig does these amazing miniature scenes depicting famous modern artists in their studios. He builds these scenes fairly accurately showing how they each organized their studios, and what materials they preferred. take a look on his website for more images:

Who’s the artist?
[slideshow]
French artist Hubert Duprat supplies caddis fly larvae with gold and semiprecious stones with which they make cases to protect their bodies. In nature, they incorporate sand and sticks into their cases. Who is the artist? The man, who supplies the objects for the larvae to use or the animals who are doing the physical labor? Read all about it here.
Ivan Albright
Last summer while I was in Chicago I saw these paintings by Ivan Albright. They are huge and incredibly meticulous! Honestly these pictures really don’t do them justice. I would suggest looking him up on Art Stor to zoom in on his amazing detailing.
These particular ones were commissioned by Albert Lewin for his film adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray
