Smith and Vallee Printmaking Show
If you liked solar plates and want to see some other kinds of printmaking, check out the current show at Smith and Vallee in Bow-Edison! Many artists from Western have work up and the reception is June 2.

Daniele Buetti
Daniele Buetti is a Swiss artist, currently teaching in Germany, who uses light boxes with perforated prints as well s light installation. Some of the work is definitely more appealing to me than others, but these light boxes are wonderful. Check it out Laurel Kam!

Inkject Transfer on Fabric

Beautiful photographs, though he doesn’t have very many. His work is similar to many projects I’ve done or have thought about doing. And his ideas could make very beautiful platinum prints!
This is a portfolio building guide created by the Class of 2012 Industrial Design at the University of Cincinnati. It’s more geared at making an ID portfolio, but could be great for a more commercially focused photography. It was interviews with professionals and a thorough breakdown of how to use InDesign.
